#PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ARCHITECT JOBS FULL#

Expertise in solution design across the full technology stack.2+ years of experience mentoring, managing/leading technical leads.

2+ years of technical leadership experience.

2+ years of experience designing and delivering large scale distributed systems.

4+ years of Software Architecture and Software Development experience.

Build and maintain partnerships and collaborative work with the external community, occasionally speak in conferences, and participate in submission of patents as needed.

Partner with other architects of the Platform domain and other peer architects at UKG.

Lead the development of proofs-of-concept solutions in collaboration with development teams.

Partner with Product and Engineering Leadership when making roadmap, design, architectural, and engineering impacting decisions.Effectively communicate to them architectural decisions and technical strategies so that they properly understand why the strategies need to be adopted Collaborate with and mentor development teams and technical leads in designing and delivering functional, scalable, resilient, adaptable, performant, and cloud-native services.Collaborate with Engineering Leadership in defining and understanding the business requirements tied to imperative business strategic goals.You will serve as a member of the Engineering organization and the Software Architecture community, with oversight on projects and a focus on design, integration and technical strategies that will help establish the technical vision for the future scale of our UKG Platform Services.
